Shipping Policy
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. But if you're having trouble tracking your order, please send an email tohello@thephix.co
the [pH]ix processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be shipped the following business day from the day the order was placed. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and/ or shipped the following business day.
We will not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
Once we have handpicked and prepare your package for shipping, we will hand it off to a third party courier so that your package will arrive to you safe and sound! In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, glö does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
If an order is marked as ‘High Risk’ in our dashboard, we will contact you to let you know. If we do not hear back in 24 hours, we will process the order and no longer be held accountable for said order Similarly, if you confirm the order, we will not be held accountable for any orders we notify you as high risk, even if claim you have not received said order. Shipping details will confirm that the [pH]ix has indeed sent your order and you claim responsibility as a ‘High Risk’ order.

*Please note these are estimates and international deliveries can be delayed due to customs and other carrier issues. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. holidays. We are also not able to ship to international P.O. Box addresses.
Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The local customs agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.
