Refund Policy
At the [pH]ix, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our skincare products. Please take a moment to review our return/refund policy before making a purchase.
*We do not honor refunds or returns to take advantage of new discounts and/or promotions.
- Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are in their original, sealed, and unused condition. Used products will not be accepted for return or refund. We do not refund original shipping costs, including packages where the shipping address was entered incorrectly, and will only cover the cost of returns for damaged / incorrect items.
- Reactions and Store Credit: We highly recommend conducting a patch test before using our products. In the event of an adverse reaction, we offer store credit but do not provide refunds.
- New Website Deals: Refunds will not be issued for products purchased before newer website deals become available.
Refund Processing Time: Once a return is processed, refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your original payment method, subject to your bank's processing times.
